Extension Services
1 / Tape-Ins
A Tape-In extension consists of a 1-inch adhesive band that securely bonds to your natural hair. The lightweight tape lays flat against the scalp, creating a seamless blend while allowing for natural movement and easy maintenance.
2 / Genius Weft
A Genius Weft is designed with a polyurethane and keratin additive in the weft spin, allowing it to match the natural elasticity of your scalp. This unique construction ensures a lightweight, flexible, and durable extension that moves naturally with your hair while maintaining a secure and comfortable fit.
3 / Tape Row
A Tape Row is a single row of adhesive tape extensions that are applied in a row along the scalp. This method offers a lightweight and discreet solution for adding length and volume, providing a seamless blend with your natural hair.

Suggested Hair Care Instructions

Suggested hair care may change from time to time as new products become available. Please refer back to this list of instructions often to check for updates.

General Care & Styling
-
Extensions require daily styling to blend seamlessly with your natural hair. Be prepared to use tools such as a round brush, flat iron, or curling iron as part of your regular routine.
-
All extensions should be installed by a licensed, certified stylist. While we do our best to guide you, all services and results are at your own risk.

Pre-Installation Prep
-
Clean hair is a must! Before installation, wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo.
-
Only condition mid-length to ends. Do not apply leave-in products, oils, or styling creams beforehand.

Washing & Products
-
Do not sleep with wet hair. Always dry your hair thoroughly before bed.
-
Wash your hair every 2–4 days using high-quality products. We recommend:
-
Alterna Caviar Bond Repair or Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner
-
Unite 7 Seconds Leave-In Conditioner to maintain softness and manageability.
-
-
If your hair tends to get oily, use a dry shampoo between washes, or simply cleanse your natural root area for a quick refresh.

Brushing
-
Brush your hair daily—morning, night, and after each wash. This prevents tangling and matting. We suggest using a Wet Brush or similar gentle detangling tool.

Swimming Tips
-
Salt water and chlorine can damage extensions. Before swimming, saturate your hair with clean water and apply Unite 7 Seconds Leave-In Conditioner.
-
Secure your hair in a low ponytail (avoid messy buns or braids) and use a clip to hold it in place.
-
After swimming, rinse hair thoroughly, apply leave-in conditioner, and gently brush through.

Color & Discoloration
-
We do not recommend coloring extensions. Any coloring is at your own risk and voids all warranties.
-
Discoloration is often due to mineral buildup or environmental exposure.
-
Green tones = chlorine
-
Peach/orange tones = iron, makeup, spray tans, or sunscreen
-
Use a Malibu treatment to help remove these minerals if discoloration occurs.
-

Shedding & Maintenance
-
Light shedding is normal. Like natural hair, extensions will shed over time with brushing and wear.
